| ABOUT GOG TRAVEL AND EXPENSE CARD | |
| The GOG Travel and Expense Card will be the preferred option for financing travel and related expenses to employees and functionaries who travel to perform official assignments. The choice of VISA or MasterCard is to allow access to ATMs and point of payments systems irrespective of location. Hosted on an electronic platform, cardholders and administrators will be able to monitor card usage and track the history of transactions. The purpose of the program is to reduce, if not eliminate, the use of physical cash which is prone to loss and theft. The card will be requested for by authorized Heads of Departments or Agencies on behalf of an employee or functionary of the government. Printed cards will only be issued to cardholders through the appropriate authority. Upon receipt of your card, it is important to: Read the Terms and Conditions Sign the back of your card Store the card in a secured location until you are ready to travel. |
